Asset Manager
Location: Madrid, Spain. Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 base salary + 10% bonus.
Were partnering with a highly respected European real estate investment manager to recruit an Asset Manager for their growing Madrid office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team managing a rapidly expanding portfolio of office and industrial assets across Spain. You will play a key role in driving asset performance, enhancing occupier experience, and delivering value‑add asset management strategies.
The Opportunity
As Asset Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans across a portfolio of assets while working closely with occupiers, property managers, agents, surveyors and other stakeholders.
