Manage both EDI and manual purchase order entry. Re-plan and manage supplier backlog in line with demands and supplier agreements: confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and reconciliation. Manage VMI Buffer Min and Max level. • Communicate with the suppliers on a daily basis regarding the supply situation. Communicate with the Suppliers regarding purchase order backlog, shipping and tracking information: track and prioritize urgent shipments.
