Job Description
Become an integral part of Raytheon ELCAN as an Assembly and Test Specialist in Midland, Ontario. Focus on defining assembly processes and enhancing optical components through testing and innovation.
As an Assembly and Test Planner, you will help Raytheon ELCAN deliver cutting-edge optical systems. This position involves interpreting technical data, conducting various optical tests, and refining assembly processes with the aim of improving efficiency. Your role will include collaboration with experienced teams to implement new processes and drive improvements in assembly time and quality.
Key Responsibilities: • Interpret drawings and technical data for optical assemblies • Execute testing procedures for optical systems • Calculate cost estimates for assembly processes • Design and source assembly tools and fixtures • Document assembly processes and train operators
