**Job Description Summary**
Perform a variety of tasks in the assembly process of the blade.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Follow the work instructions.
+ wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage.
+ Install tip and multi-receptors. Then diverter strips using sika
+ Apply zip ties to lightning cable according to work instructions to attach it to the web.
+ Install Root flange on blade.
+ Using crane to install and then operate the root grinder.
+ Place a U-shape bulkhead into the blade and glue it.
+ Use of hand tools/scraper to apply sika around root flange
+ Install Stay bolts
+ Use crane to weigh and balance the blade.
+ Maintain 5s Standards.

+ Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
