**Job Description**
This role supports high-volume automotive manufacturing by operating production machinery, performing assembly and inspection tasks, and handling general labor duties across multiple departments. You will work with components such as gaskets, oil seals, and PTFE materials, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform assembly tasks on automotive components including motors and transmissions
+ Conduct visual and manual inspection of parts to verify quality and identify defects.
+ Sort and kit parts and materials according to production requirements and work orders.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and tape measures to complete production and setup activities accurately.
+ Assist with basic machine setup and adjustment for stamping, press, and other machinery as directed.
