Assembly Technician

Full-time Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electromechanical, and structural components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches) to complete assembly tasks accurately. Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure components and assemblies meet dimensional and functional requirements. Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities, and support root-cause troubleshooting. Support functional testing of sub-assemblies and finished products prior to hand-off. Maintain accurate assembly records, checklists, and production documentation. Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times, including use of appropriate PPE.
