Job Overview

Reporting to the Assembly, Test and Paint (ATP) Supervisor, the Assembly Technician will be responsible for providing quality workmanship on the assembly, testing and painting of Company products while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, stamp and test gate valve assemblies in accordance with work order requirements.
• Ensure assembly and testing meet work order requirements.
• Identify non‑conformances by separation and/or marking.
• Maintain work station and equipment to an acceptable Stream‑Flo standard of cleanliness.
• Follow work order and process traveler requirements and fill out job sheets or record time using ERP system.
• Report all machine, crane and hoist problems in the proper maintenance logs and notify Maintenance Department and/or lead hand/supervisor of a down‑time situation.
