Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Assembly Technician, 2nd Shift.
The rate for this position is $18.11 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm until 11:30 pm.
**This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.**

The Assembler is responsible for meeting daily production goals with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity. This role supports the assembly of Low Voltage Assemblies and performs all required tasks, including material allocation, raw material preparation, assembly, electrical testing, and preparing finished products for shipment.
