Assembly Supervisor – Immediate Start
Monday to Thursday, 15:00 - 01:30
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
IRS Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Nuneaton for an experienced Assembly Supervisor to join their growing PM shift.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor looking to join a busy manufacturing environment, leading a team and ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising the day-to-day running of the assembly department
* Leading, motivating and supporting the assembly team
* Planning workloads to meet production schedules
* Ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch
* Managing attendance, return-to-work interviews and team performance
