Assembly Specialist (Kitchener)

Full-time Engineering

Insight Global is looking for a Robotics Assembler to join our client on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is local to Kitchener, ON and requires working in-office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assemble robots in a manufacturing environment.
• Use various hand-tools such as screwdrivers, wiring harnesses and crimping machines.
• Ensure overall quality control of the products being assembled.
• Operate within a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a hands‑on assembly role (e.g., computer or furniture assembly).
• Proficiency with various hand-tools.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Robotics assembly experience is a plus.
