About the job
The Operator 2 performs precision electronic assembly and soldering work, ensuring high-quality
production of small components in a manufacturing environment.
We're looking for someone who
Has current or very recent soldering experience using both leaded and lead-free alloys
Has experience with gold-tin soldering (preferred)
Has hands-on experience working with microscopes for extended periods (up to 8 hours
per day)
Has experience working with very small electronic components, ideally 0201 and 0402
components, in an electronics manufacturing environment
Has experience with wired interconnections or similar interconnection types
Demonstrates strong dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail when using small hand
tools
