Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate - $30/hr.Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational maintenance skills and progress under the guidance of Maintenance Technicians.
Responsibilities
+ Follow Lead Technician guidance, including routine inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and component replacements.
+ Respond to equipment breakdowns, assisting with diagnosis, disassembly, and reassembly.
+ Assist with spare parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and issuing parts from maintenance cribs.
+ Develop proficiency in CMMS platforms, accurately completing work orders and supporting data accuracy for maintenance KPIs.
+ Maintain exemplary safety practices and complete all required safety training.
