**Job Description**
The Assembly Line Worker operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment assembling small to mid-sized snow blowers and lawn mowers. You will follow standard work instructions, use hand and power tools, and learn on the job to meet established production and time requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble small to mid-sized snow blowers and lawn mowers on a fast-paced production line.
+ Participate in a three-day orientation and training period and continue to learn on the job to meet time and quality requirements.
+ Prepare components by gathering and inspecting parts such as frames, gearboxes, handles, augers, wheels, and engine mounts.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to assemble auger housings for snow blowers, deck assemblies for lawn mowers, and handlebar and control systems.
