In this role you will lead the industrialization of new assemblies and subassemblies, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence. You will act as the technical and industrial interface between Airbus functions and suppliers, coordinating cross‑functional efforts to validate processes and optimize manufacturing. You will assess supplier capabilities, support tendering decisions, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. This position blends hands‑on engineering with integral collaboration, including international travel to suppliers and offset projects to scale production.
