Join a growing manufacturing team as a 3rd Shift Assembler, where you will work on an assembly line punching grommets and rivets into manufactured blades. You will contribute directly to production quality by following established processes, using power tools and measuring tools, and collaborating closely with your team in a clean, organized facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Punch grommets and rivets into manufactured blades according to established procedures and quality standards.
+ Work on an assembly line as part of a coordinated team process, following the operating rhythm taught during training.
+ Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure components meet specifications.
+ Inspect parts and finished products for quality defects and take appropriate action when issues arise.
+ Operate and handle power tools safely and correctly as part of the general production process....
