**Job Description**
This role involves building structural trusses as part of a small team, using basic hand and power tools on large truss tables. You will work with your hands throughout the day, read measurements accurately, and help ensure each truss is built to specification. The position offers weekly production-based commission in addition to hourly pay, with earnings influenced by the number of trusses completed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build structural trusses on large truss tables according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively throughout the shift.
+ Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to ensure proper dimensions and alignment.
+ Work as part of a team of 2–4 people to complete truss assemblies efficiently.
+ Climb up and down truss tables repeatedly during the shift to position materials and complete assemblies.
