**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
The Assembly Associate will produce high-quality products by assembling various components according to established procedures and following company policies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all functions of the assembly process including placing appropriate items on the line.
+ Wipe conformal free of debris and transfer conformal from rack to palettes on the line.
+ Lay appropriate gaskets and backs with hand patting.
+ Remove assembled cushions from palette and overlay and transfer to rack.
+ Push transfer carts and participate in general housekeeping.
+ Participate in cross-training efforts across general labor and assembly tasks.
+ Follow instructions for assembly, wiring, and installations.
**Essential Skills**
+ High School degree or equivalent.
+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
