Our client, is an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for an Assembler for their Oldsmar, FL location.
Responsibilities:

- The Solder and Mechanical Operator is responsible for the end-to-end assembly of printed circuit cards, including manual and semi-automatic soldering, mechanical part placement, inspection, and documentation.
- The role ensures that assembled circuit cards meet all quality, reliability, and safety specifications while adhering to production schedules and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Soldering Operations Perform manual hand soldering, wave soldering, and reflow processes on circuit boards.
- Apply solder paste, flux, and alloys according to engineering drawings and IPC standards.
- Monitor soldering equipment (temperature, conveyor speed, etc.) and make real time adjustments.
