- Assemble and test high-tech modules according to work instructions and technical drawings
- Perform precision work such as soldering, bonding, and fine mechanical assembly
- Ensure product quality meets strict specifications and standards
- Identify, analyze, and report deviations or recurring issues
- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of assembled products
- Work according to lean manufacturing (5S+1) and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and contamination-free workspace
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
- Collaborate with teams such as production engineering, quality, and material handling
