Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assemble actuators, valve bodies, yoke mounts, and perform pilot mounting and calibration according to specifications. Assemble valve components and actuators in compliance with approved work instructions, drawings, and customer requirements. Perform required testing in accordance with test procedures, including integrity, seat leakage, and hydrostatic tests. Inspect assembled products, identify defects, and perform rectification as required. Ensure all production activities meet defined quality standards. Maintain good housekeeping practices and comply with 5S and safety requirements on the production floor. Demonstrate strong quality awareness and follow all quality procedures and standards.
