Become an Assembler I at Salford Group, where you will assemble agricultural equipment following operating procedures. Work independently and alongside a team while ensuring quality standards are met.
As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling Salford products with a detailed focus on quality. This role requires experience with hand tools, equipment operation, and mechanical troubleshooting. You will also maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to company safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently assemble machines to standard operating procedures
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and cutting torches safely
• Maintain clean work area and equipment functionality
• Safely load and unload parts on the paint line
• Troubleshoot minor hydraulic and electrical issues

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience with hydraulics and electronics is a plus
