We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Restoration Foreman to lead and manage asphalt maintenance and restoration projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to operate an asphalt paver. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead asphalt restoration crews on job sites
- Operate asphalt paver and other heavy equipment as needed
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
- Ensure quality control for sealcoating, paving, patching, crack filling, and striping
