Job Title: Asphalt Facility Manager

Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager - West
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facility Manager to lead all aspects of operations within our terminal, along with satellite terminals and assets where applicable. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing terminal manufacturing processes, maintenance activities, inventory control, and administrative oversight—while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance. The Facility Manager plays a central role in coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished products, managing backlog and production schedules, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support customer demand and business objectives.
