Job responsibilities
- Cooking of Chinese Cuisine
- Menu Planning and Costing
- Provide accurate recipes with appropriate training to the line cooks enabling them to deliver consistent food product.
- Control and direct the food preparation process
- Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Minimized wastage of goods through good practice of First Expired First Out
- Valid food hygiene certification compulsory.
- Teamwork is required in the kitchen
