About our group:The Group is a part of the Asia media Development organization responsible for the replication of advanced Heat assisted magnetic recording media for qualification and transfer to manufacturing. You will be working with engineers in the Material Science Lab (MSL) with a mission to provide analytical test solutions to enable media and product qualification on product yield, quality, and reliability. The team also serves a critical role on (Head-Disk-Mechanical) HDM tribology, contamination, and defect reduction, working closely with and enabling other functions in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Recording Technology, R&D, Customer Integration, and Manufacturing.
