The Asbestos Surveyor at UL Solutions is responsible for carrying out asbestos testing, inspection, and surveying activities within buildings or defined areas, under normal conditions and occupancy. The role requires the accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support clients in effectively managing asbestos in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012), while maintaining UL Solutions’ quality, environmental, and confidentiality standards.Responsibilities
Fieldwork and Survey Execution
* Conduct asbestos surveys efficiently, safely, and professionally in occupied and unoccupied buildings.
* Analyse building construction, materials, and operational use to determine appropriate surveying and sampling strategies.
