• Own KPIs: Funnel Velocity, Closed-Won, Pitch-to-Close Conversion
• Coach, develop, and inspire top sales talent on-site

What you bring:

• 3+ years B2B sales experience
• 2+ years managing outbound sales teams
• Proven wins in merchant acquisition, SMB sales, and high-volume cold-calling
• Data-driven mindset with strong accountability
