Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on AS400 (IBM i) platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, code, test, and debug programs using RPG (RPG III / IV / ILE RPG) and COBOL.
- Work with CLP/CLLE programs, DB2/400 database, and related utilities.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and QA teams.
- Participate in system upgrades, performance tuning, and optimization activities.
- Maintain documentation for applications, processes, and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
