- Own end‑to‑end technical responsibility for AS400 applications, including country‑specific core banking, lending, deposits, payments, and regulatory systems.
- Ensure stability and performance of RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL, and DB2/400–based applications supporting critical banking operation
- Provide technical leadership for IBM i (AS400)-based applications supporting core banking, lending, deposits, payments, and other banking systems.
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, testing, deployment, and production support of AS400 applications.
- Oversee batch processing, online transactions, interface integrations, and file management to support business operations.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, project managers, and offshore development teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
