Key Accountabilities
- Operate the Data Center environments in compliance with standards, policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- The provision of overnight and weekend production batch/output processing and related problem resolution.
- Managing the backup systems, cycling tapes or other media.
Key Performance Indicators
- Deliver services in compliance with SLA and meeting service targets.
Infrastructure Projects and Support
- Implement Infrastructure Projects and Support Existing Business Units (ie. HK, Group office).
- Support New Business Unit Buildup & other Group Initiatives (ie. Philippines and Vietnam).
- Support Control-M, AWS Cloud, Media Management and Life Asia system.
