Job Description
Guide the development of Junior artists at Track VFX as an Artist Journey Coordinator. Oversee their training and track progress towards becoming full-fledged artists in a supportive environment.
As a Junior Coordinator, you will manage Junior artists' training within the Quality Control department, ensuring their growth through structured assessments and mentorship. This role involves creating technical questionnaires, performance reviews, and a roadmap for artist development. You’ll also facilitate weekly 1-on-1s to monitor progress and coordinate graduation celebrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical assessments for Junior artists
• Create training roadmaps and performance review cycles
• Manage QC training videos and guidelines
• Facilitate weekly growth meetings with Junior artists
• Assist in hiring processes for new Junior artists
