Agentic AI Developer | Build Intelligent AI Agents

We're building AI agents that proactively solve customer problems before they happen — and resolve issues faster when they do.

What You'll Do: Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems that understand business workflows, break down complex problems, and adapt in real-time. You'll translate stakeholder needs into working agentic solutions across billing, activation, and troubleshooting domains.

Required (hands-on in last 3–4 years):

• Python, SQL/BigQuery/GCP
• Prompt engineering & SOTA LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
• LangChain/LangGraph, RAG/GraphRAG, vector databases
• Multi-agent systems & complex agentic workflows
• Agent performance evaluation & optimization
• Traditional ML (model selection, monitoring)
• Business translation: convert real-world needs into AI/ML workflows (end-to-end context required)
