Job Description
We are looking for a strong AI-Native Software Engineer with hands‑on experience building production‑grade RAG, LLM and Agentic AI solutions.
This role is ideal for a software engineer who can design scalable AI systems, build multi‑agent workflows, integrate enterprise APIs and critically review AI‑generated code before it reaches production.
Work Model: 5 days work from office
Experience: 5+ years

Must-have skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in RAG and LLM applications
- Production experience with Agentic AI and multi‑agent workflows
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks
- Strong knowledge of document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search and reranking
