**Job Summary:**
Responsible for the performance of the overall quality speech analytics category design. Works cross-functionally with various groups internally and externally. Collaborates and synthesizes analyses for the execution of scorecards. Responsible for extrapolating data, developing queries, ensuring standardization of external files, leading projects that relate directly to the speech analytic platform, and make recommendations for the betterment of the company. Works hand-in-hand with other analysts and specialists within the team to build and invent an outstanding product with a prime focus on accuracy, understandability and performance of the product.
**Schedule:** This position offers remote work. However, employees located within a _50-mile radius of the Deerfield, IL_ office are expected to work on-site four days per week, with one remote workday. Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexible s...
