Job Description
We run three distinct embroidery product lines-Anita Goodesign, Stephen Wilson Studio, and Wild Threads-and our creative production floor is the engine behind all of it. We're looking for a Production Floor Manager who can keep that engine running at full speed whether the owner is in the building or not.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own the daily operation of our embroidery production team: quality, throughput, organization, supplies, and pipeline. You'll be the person the team looks to for direction, standards, and accountability-and the person ownership trusts to keep things moving without needing to check in constantly.
