About the Role
Kent County Council is seeking a proactive and organised Area Technical Services Assistant to support the delivery of Hard Facilities Management (FM) services. Key Responsibilities
Support monitoring of Hard FM operational budgets and assist with work prioritisation
Raise purchase orders for approved works promptly
Organise and administer supplier meetings, including minutes and actions
Prepare, maintain and review contract documentation and performance data
Ensure project handover documentation is received and stored correctly
Promote awareness of statutory compliance responsibilities
Deliver excellent, customer-focused service across all interactions
