Area Support Chef
We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef (or equivalent) to support our Surrey fresh-food businesses. This might mean spending a few weeks supporting a Head Chef at a busy food-destination site, looking after a kitchen at a village pub whilst the Head Chef is away, or assisting the development of a kitchen team during a refurbishment or new menu launch
Each pub has its own menu, written in-house by the head chef, so expect to work with plenty of fresh seasonal produce across a range of sites with differing food visions and vibes. You'll be a fantastic people person, passionate about food, and keen to explore our sites and develop.
