Job Description
At Okarno, we are looking for an Area Supervisor to join our Operations team, helping to lead our warehouse activities, support our colleagues and ensure we continue to deliver safe, efficient and reliable service to our customers.
This role will be a key part of our warehouse leadership team, providing hands-on support and guidance to colleagues across the operation. Working alongside warehouse operatives, you'll play an important role in coordinating daily activities, allocating tasks, monitoring progress and helping the team achieve operational targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, supporting others and making a real impact on day-to-day operations.
The role is full-time, working on a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:00, Friday 06:00 - 13:00
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00, Friday 13:00 - 20:00
