Job Description
Key Deliverables: Drive area growth by ensuring adherence to SOPs and improving restaurant ratings. Monitor and manage P&L by optimizing food, labor, and operational costs. Conduct regular audits to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance. Implement training and development plans to enhance team performance and reduce attrition. Role Responsibilities: Conduct periodic reviews with Pod Managers and provide actionable feedback. Analyze backend and forecasting data to ensure ingredient availability and minimize spillage. Lead safety initiatives and implement CAPA based on RCA findings. Identify and execute process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
