Full-time Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production activities across multiple SMT and THT PCBA assembly lines or zones within the assigned area to ensure the full production plan is achieved.
• Maintain smooth and balanced production flow from SMT, THT, testing, inspection, packing, preventing bottlenecks and work‑in‑process buildup.
• Optimize manpower deployment, material readiness, and equipment utilization across multiple SMT and THT lines and zones to ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved.
• Ensure consistent implementation of ECO/MCO changes across both SMT and THT.
• Enforce compliance with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards and company quality requirements across all zones.
• Provide leadership and operational guidance to operators to achieve area‑level performance targets (OEE, FPY, delivery).
