Overview
Kemin Biologics is seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our Sub-Saharan Africa Sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our vaccine business - focusing on our live and inactivated poultry and cattle vaccines. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, building partnerships, and supporting customers across Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. In this role, you will report directly to the commercial director.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional business plans to drive market access, customer retention, and growth.
Set annual sales budgets and commercial strategies with leadership.
Achieve sales and margin targets through effective project execution.
Lead and coach regional sales team members to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
