Job Description: Area Sales Manager Location : South Delhi/Gurgaon Role Purpose To drive sales of Gresbond products (tile adhesives, grouts, cleaners) through dealer networks, influencers (masons/contractors), and direct market engagement, ensuring strong brand visibility and business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory. Drive secondary sales through retailers, dealers, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities in construction sites, retail counters, and local markets. Promote the complete range of tile adhesives, grouts, and related products. 2. Dealer & Retail Network Management Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners. Ensure product availability and visibility at retail counters.
