Position: Area Sales Manager
Location : Kanhangad, Payyanur
Experience: 5–8 Years in FMCG, Retail, or Food Industry
Salary: Upto 6 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the overall business unit operations, driving revenue growth and profitability.
* Min 2 Years in Leadership Role with Branch sales Experience required
* Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and business performance.
* Identify product, placement, and outlet-level growth opportunities.
* Optimize order collection, supply routes, and distribution efficiency.
* Coach, mentor, and monitor the performance of Growth Officers and Sales Associates.
* Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective planning and forecasting.
* Drive team discipline, attendance, training, and overall people management.
