Job Description for the Position of Assistant Manager Sales Metal Working Fluid
A. Job Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving overall sales targets for MWF/(Coolants, Cutting Oils, etc.) products.
Support in identifying and monitoring key customers for MWF products.
Assist in coordinating with R&D for the development of potential products.
Participate in technical meetings with customers and assist in presentations.
Assist in addressing critical distributor issues.
Participate in regular sales review meetings with distributors and engineers.
Assist in identifying knowledge gaps within the team and contribute to developing plans for filling them.
Support in developing business plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
Take corrective action as necessary to ensure target sales are achieved.
Provide technical backup to the sales team as needed.
