The Sales Area Manager provides leadership and performance oversight for multiple new home communities within a defined territory of Houston North East. This role drives sales results through coaching, accountability, and strategic execution while ensuring a consistent, high quality customer experience. This is a highly field based role, with frequent visits to assigned communities in addition to being in office every Monday.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢āLead sales operations across multiple communities to achieve revenue and performance goals
ā¢āCoach and develop Sales Representatives through field observation, feedback, and training
ā¢āMonitor traffic, conversion rates, backlog, and KPIs; implement strategies to improve results
ā¢āEnsure model homes meet brand standards and maintain professional sales environments
ā¢āPartner with marketing, Online Sales Concierge, and corporate teams to optimize lead generation
