Job Description
We are looking for three dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to lead our sales operations across North Kerala. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in FMCG sales, strong distributor management skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. The role involves managing sales teams, driving primary and secondary sales, developing distribution networks, implementing trade marketing activities, and ensuring business growth within the assigned territory.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of FMCG sales experience, with prior experience in the edible oil industry being highly preferred. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Extensive travel within the assigned region will be required.
