Job Description
Location: Eastern region and typically comprise several buildings within each site.

- Lead and oversee the delivery of facility management services across assigned portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and service quality.
- Provide direction, mentorship, and support to Building Managers, Technical Executives, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers in managing daily building operations.
- Analyze operational challenges, resolve issues, and offer technical and strategic guidance to site teams.
- Establish and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication.
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
