Job Description Overview
Area Manager SGR has overall accountability for the progression of planning and readiness activities related to the Pickering Steam Generators Replacement program. This position provides leadership and alignment for all activities related to the Pickering SGR. Reporting directly to the SGR Deputy Project Director, the Area Manager is the primary point of contact to ensure a consistent, deliberate, and clear methodology is used for key decisions, and advancement of deliverables within their scope of work. Work is 100% physically present in the office, with locations at Pickering Project Office (Clements Road), Atkins‑Realis office (Pickering Parkway), OPG Pickering offices (Brock Road), and on site at Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. Most of the time will be spent on site during execution.
