Job Description
Amazon MXCF Operations seeks an Area Manager for our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) in Mexico. You will lead multiple teams of hourly associates, coach other managers, and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance across operations.
You will drive initiatives to improve efficiency, manage inventory flow to Fulfillment Centers, and implement new technologies. This is a founding team role shaping upstream operations in Latin America.
