Be responsible for delivering outstanding execution of the “Picture of Success” in outlets within their area of control by leading, managing and coaching under their control, jointly working with Key Account NKAMs and LKAMs in order to achieve volume and revenue targets.

- Lead the team to ensure that the PICOS are executed in every store, every week with coaching / audit and up to date in order to achieve sales and marketing execution.
